Border Safeguard, based in Selkirk, in the Scottish Borders, provide a range of security and fire detection services to customers across the region and beyond.
To increase the number of Facebook Page Likes and general engagement with users of the platform.
Working with the Border Safeguard team, who secured a variety of Scottish Rugby Union promotional goods, we ran a Facebook competition over the three days prior to the first games of the 2019 Six National Rugby Competition. People could win an item per day if they Liked the Page and Shared the post. We scheduled the posts to go live at different times over the three days to maximise potential reach.
The business Page Likes increased by 32%, surpassing the milestone 1,000 Likes mark. We also received two new business recommendations.
