The curation and delivery of a one-to-one bespoke social media marketing training for a member of the Kibosh team. The project included:

  • Meeting with the client to understand their current skill level and areas for development prior to the training
  • Analysing the brand’s current social media activity, looking at what is working and what could be improved
  • Developing and delivering a half-day social media training programme that covered understanding your target audience, persona development, social media sins, social media wins, campaign creation/management, capturing user-generated content, how to work with influencers and social media analytics
  • Providing follow-up resources for continued professional development and allocating time for any follow-up questions to ensure the client felt supported as they applied their learning in practice
