Following the development of the website and EPOS system for the business, on-going IT support and training provided to the team as they navigate the new waters of omnichannel retailing. The project includes:

  • Setting up the domain name, web hosting, email integration, Google Analytics and Google My Business
  • Providing two website design concepts for the home page and product listing page
  • Building an e-commerce website that required:
    • Importing products and photos (using a supplied spreadsheet template)
    • Integrating an EPOS system
    • Creating a clear, buyer-focused categorisation flow
    • Integrating essential SEO elements and marketing channels (email and social media)
    • Adding non-product content such as contact, about us, terms and conditions, blog, newsletter sign-up 
  • Full bricks and mortar hardware package
  • Delivering face-to-face staff training on adding and updating products and non-product-related content
  • Creating and supplying training videos
