The Lavender Touch

The development of the new Lavender Touch website that communicated sensitive information relating to the charity’s core purpose while engaging and inspiring people to help with volunteering or fundraising. The project included:¬†

  • Content collation, i.e., images
  • Creating a comforting but informative tone of voice through the copywriting
  • Providing two website design concepts¬†
  • Building a user-friendly and omnichannel website, with an e-commerce store that connected back to the charities bricks-and-mortar shop
  • Integrating essential SEO elements and marketing channels (email, social media, and Enthuse page)
  • Adding products and non-product content such as contact, about us, terms and conditions
  • Creating and supplying web-management training videos¬†
